8:45 - 9:45am Spin-Sculpt: interval spin and body sculpting with free weights.
6:30 - 7:15pm Body Sculpt: light weight lifting with several repetitions. Emphasis on all muscle groups. Guaranteed to achieve a tighter, toned, and stronger sculpted body.
7:15 - 8:00pm Spin Express: super metabolism boost, high calorie burn, cardiovascular activity.

Tuesday
8:30 - 9:15am Pure Aeroball: A medium paced class for all fitness levels. Easy to follow non-impact moves combined with core and stability ball exercises to help improve balance and lose weight.
6:00 - 7:00pm Spin: super metabolism boost, high calorie burn, cardiovascular activity.

Wednesday
